Easter holiday is unimaginable without Easter bread. As the holidays approach, one of the main concerns is choosing a delicious Easter bread. Since baking Paska bread at home requires a lot of effort, people prefer to buy it ready-made. Confectionery enterprises also have to work with a special load at this period.

"Commersant" was interested in how many paska cakes the company "CheeseСaker" is going to make.

According to Veko Dodashvili, "CheeseCaker" founder, compared to last year, paska bread production has increased 3-fold, while sales prices have decreased (retail sales).

"Corporate orders of Easter breads were finished in mid-April.


Compared to the previous year, the demand for both retail and corporate orders has increased. We have diversified large companies and various institutions and, as a result, the Easter breads production increased 3-fold.

Despite price hikes in the market, we’ve managed to cut retail prices thanks to an increased number of corporate orders.
