The flow of natural gas to Armenia has been temporarily halted because of the necessity to conduct emergency restoration activities in Georgia, as reported by Gazprom Armenia.

"The supply of natural gas to Armenia will be interrupted from 06:00 on August 22 until 06:00 on August 23 due to emergency restoration work on the Karmir Kamurj-Sev Kar-Berd transit gas pipeline (DN 1000) located in Georgia," the statement indicated.

The company emphasized that during this time frame, there will be an uninterrupted and reliable gas supply to consumers, supported by internal reserves and additional natural gas volumes sourced from Iran.
