According to the information published by the companies, the estimated price of the hotel is $8.5 million. The newly renovated Citadines City Centre is a 67-room hotel.
The owner of the hotel is Liberty Properties Georgia LLC, whose directors are Koba Zakariadze and Svetlana Komarova (a Russian citizen), the owner of 100% of the shares is VSMC LLC owned by Koba Zakariadze.
