In Tbilisi, on Agladze Street, adjacent to Expo Georgia, Sakinvest LLC is set to build up to 20 multi-story buildings on an area of 86,093 sq.m. The company agrees with the Tbilisi City Hall on the task of planning the development regulation plan.
According to the development master plan, 20 buildings will be located on the area, some of which will be perimeter development type, some - high-rise buildings. The maximum number of storeys will be 21 above-ground floors.
"The project fully develops the territory as R6, with the corresponding zone coefficients: K1 - 0.5 K2 - 2.5 K3 - 0.3. 20 buildings are planned to be built on the territory. Some of them will be perimeter development, some - high-rise buildings. The maximum number of storeys is supposed to be 21 above-ground floors. The above-mentioned perimeter buildings will have 6 above-ground floors. The territory will have a central square with the area of 7,000 sq. M as well as pedestrian boulevard which will cross the entire territory from north to south. All parking lots will be located underground," the explanatory note to the project says.
The director of Sakinvest LLC is Alexander Narsia, the company is 50% owned by GARDABANI HOLDINGS PP B.V. LLC (Netherlands) and Barguzino Energy Trading Limited LLC (Cyprus). In turn, GARDABANI HOLDINGS PP B.V. LLC is a subsidiary of the Russian Inter RAO which owns two Georgian hydroelectric power plants - Khrami-1 and Khrami-2.
