According to Interfax news agency, Russia will launch duty-free grain exports starting August 13.
The Russian Ministry of Agriculture has announced that export duties on wheat, corn, and barley will be zero from August 13 to 19.
This is a shift from the previous week, which saw duties of 19.4 rubles per ton on wheat and 371.5 rubles per ton on corn, according to Interfax.
