According to the information requested by AviaNews from the Civil Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, in January-August 2024,Georgian Airlines performed 574 cargo flights through Tbilisi International Airport.
Turkish Cargo is the second in the ranking of TOP-5 cargo airlines by number of performed flights - 92 flights in the reporting period.
Georgian airline Geo Sky is in the third position, which made 76 flights to Tbilisi International Airport in January-August 2024.
The fourth in the rating is the Estonian airline Airest, which served 68 flights in 8 months on the Georgian air cargo market.
Turkish airline MNG Airlines is in fifth place in terms of cargo flights, which performed 51 flights to Georgia in 8 months.
Currently, the only Georgian airport that serves cargo flights is Tbilisi Airport.
