Aldagi company is traditionally the leader by property insurance - in 12 months of 2023 this figure amounted to GEL 57.1 million holding 45% of the market.
Followed by TBC Insurance - GEL 21.5 million, and Unison - GEL 15.8 million.
At the end of 2023, the profit of insurance companies totaled GEL 248.5 million, net profit - GEL 73.5 million - in the same period last year insurance profit amounted to GEL 210 million, net profit - GEL 39 million.
According to the Insurance State Supervision Service, the total insurance premium collected in 2023 amounted to GEL 1,063 billion.
The total assets of insurance companies stood at GEL 1.3 billion, capital – at GEL 374.3 million.
