Dubai is all set to break yet another world record later this year when the world’s tallest hotel finally opens its doors.

Soaring at a staggering 377 metres, the impressive Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection will replace the Gevora Hotel as the world’s tallest hotel.

InterContinental Hotels Group has now confirmed that the hotel will open in November 2025, and room reservations are now available online from Saturday November 15.

The highly anticipated hotel will tower over the Dubai Marina and have 1,004 rooms spread across 82 floors.

Managed by The First Group Hospitality, the hotel will provide guests with immediate access to Dubai Marina and its famed shopping, beaches and attractions.

Rooms are priced from Dhs1,552 up to Dhs4,305 for a three-person bedroom suite with high-floor lounge access.

The hotel will boast a rooftop infinity pool and bar overlooking Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and the wider Dubai skyline with stunning views available from the 360-degree glass observation deck.

The hotel will also snag some additional Guinness World Records once it opens its doors, including the world’s highest infinity pool and the world’s highest club.

Award-winning Asian restaurant Tattu Dubai will occupy three levels at the top of the hotel, with the restaurant on level 74, the sky pool on level 76 and the sky lounge on level 81.

Tattu Sky Pool will replace Address Beach Resort in Dubai’s JBR, located 294 metres above the ground on the 77th floor, as the world’s highest infinity pool.

The sky lounge will claim the world’s highest club record but won’t hold onto the record for long as the Burj Azizi project in Dubai will eventually include the world’s highest club once built.

Other new openings to look out for include the beloved homegrown concept Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery. You can expect breakfast, lunch and dinner with an all-day menu and baked goods that make use of locally sourced ingredients.

Mediterranean restaurant West 13 will bring a lively atmosphere with its open kitchens and seasonal, sustainably farmed produce. Expect handmade pasta, Greek gyro stations, tacos, empanadas and mezze.
